I don’t typically like to do the bloggerati thing of just posting links to other blogs. The two or three or ten of you who come to Onward Oregon come here, I expect, to read something original posted under the OO principles, even if it’s great hunks of stolen material with comments interspersed.

But I can’t add anything to this fine piece of wise counsel on HB 3540, which I have, along with many others, been mislabelling as the Measure 37 rewrite rather than the Measure 37 fix (I learned of my error by reading the post).
