&quot;And most of all, in 2008 and 2009, here’s hoping that the work of advocates and policy makers and the Oregon Health Fund Board will take the luck out of health coverage all together. That by working together, we can achieve a plan that gets us to health care for all.&quot;

A timely and noteworthy endeavor. Let&#039;s look forward, rather than through a half-empty glass of ethanol.</description>
